Steven was great! He called when he arrived so I could make sure the dog was inside for the treatment. He explained what chemicals he was using. We also discussed him treating our planter for the non succulent desert plants which we had been paying for but they had not been treated. Very pleasant!
I was very impressed with the tech, but I'm not as impressed with customer service. I wasn't emailed, texted, or called about Aeration being done the next day but someone showed up and I was charged unexpectedly, and that was after being charged for the first application that was completed the day before. When I realized what happened, I called customer service which the rep said that she would need to contact her manager. I called the next day, and they said a refund would be issued bc we should have known about the charge ... read more
