Trevor was great! He came to my door and was very polite and stated what treatment he was going to do. I warned him about dog poo in the backyard and he was prepared with his boots. We had a good laugh about that.
Cody took the time to answer my questions and was through and quick
Pablo showed up while my lawn was being cut. He rescheduled the lawn treatment for later in the day. He explained what he was doing today, got the job done and was on his way.
The technician, Keyon, did an excellent job. He introduced himself, described the services he was performing on this visit, and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Very pleasant interaction. Then he completed the yard treatment.
