This is our second year with Gekko Green and we had our lawn serviced by Vonte this morning. We had some concerns with a few patches of grass that were struggling to grow, so I went out to ask if he had an idea of what the issue was. He offered a couple possibilities and even gave us some simple solutions including where to look and what to look for. He was respectful and very informative. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of having my 1st service by ****** today. I wasnt home when he came but I was able to follow up with him via phone where he was professional, attentive and patient with explaining my yard needs and recommendations for my treatments. He was a great advocate for Gecko Green and made me feel comfortable with his work. Looking forward to the progress of this treatment plan!

Gecko Green salesman offered to beat the price of my current *********** service. Agreement was payment upon completion of each application. However my credit card was charged a full year of services in advance of the first application. Called salesman 4 times to discuss refund. Talked to internal customer care department and was advised the refund procedure was started as a result of my call since the 1st service hadn't been done yet. Credit card refund is still pending. I need to blast this company. For 3yrs I had a feeling something wasn't right with my lawn for the services I paid to have. I hired Gecko Green to provide lawn treatment and tree and shrub treatment. My grass looks a mess right along with my dead tree in back. I decided to increase my sensitivity on my surveillance cameras cuz I always get notifications on when my service date to be rendered... Our grass finally looks good, thanks to Gecko Green. Most of all, I'd like to thank our technician, ************** He is always SO friendly and answers any questions I may have. He is never rushed and does a thorough job. I also appreciate the reminder texts of the next service application. We will continue to use Gecko Green in the future! Ive been using gecko green for give or take 5-6 months (on the 5th treatment) and have been very pleased with the service I have received thus far. Today my technician was ***************** and he really stood apart from some of my other visits. After my treatment was completed he called me with a very thorough update and also texted me with additional information that included in depth detailed tips and tricks with pictures to help keep my yard healthy and really send my yard to the next level. Our technician, T J, was very polite, personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to discuss recommendations on caring for my yard and how he was treating my yard with their service.
