After nine treatments and two core aerations, I am very disappointed with the outcome reflected within my yard. The front yard has some weeds, but looks pretty decent; however, this is what everyone sees from the street and where they proudly post their service sign. My backyard tells a different story. The backyard has an abundance of weeds and crabgrass despite the pre-emergent that was supposedly applied. In their last visit today, the technician rang the doorbell and when I opened the door, he was standing near without wearing as mask and the wind was blowing straight towards me. After I answered his question, I suggested to him that when he is at the door talking to customers, he should wear a mask. His answer was, "hey man this is America, I do not need to wear a mask".
