In their last visit today, the technician rang the doorbell and when I opened the door, he was standing near without wearing as mask and the wind was blowing straight towards me. After I answered his question, I suggested to him that when he is at the door talking to customers, he should wear a mask. His answer was, "hey man this is America, I do not need to wear a mask".
