Dennis has been building and repairing things for our family for decades. My parents have had decks built, major remodels done and numerous other projects. My brother's family hires Dennis for projects. And I've hired Dennis for fences, bathroom remodels, other remodels, repairs and whatever. Currently, Gecko Construction is the builder for a new shop that is going up now on our property. We've waited months for other contractors to drag along to finally get to framing. I’ve used Dennis for a half dozen different projects (both for my business and personal) and have found the quality of work to always be good, competitively priced and done on time. Would definitely recommend!

Dennis, the owner of the company, replaced all of the windows in the house I was renting. He was very inconsiderate, coming at the most inconvenient times, and being extremely loud. There was dust everywhere in the house, covering my desk, my bed, my floor, my nightstand, and there were woodchips lying everywhere. He did not put any effort to clean up or apologize for the mess. In the future, it may be helpful to put a blanket or tarp over the area you want him to work on, because he will not clean up his own mess.
