My son experienced a HUGE loss and we felt his counselor never even touched on anything that needed discussed. They only had one full time and a couple part time. We could only get in once a week sometimes once every two weeks when I feel we needed to have my son in twice a week. Never phone calls returned. When I reached out to owner because I felt we weren't getting what we needed with who we were assigned, she switched us gave us a time that wouldn't work, and NO ONE would call us back, at all ever.
