Highly unprofessional property management company! I am a contractor who did extensive work on a GPM property after their manager directed me to expand the scope of the project. When the work was done, GPM refused to pay for the extra labor they ordered. I had to place a Mechanic's Lien on the building and file a civil lawsuit. I cannot say enough good things about Gebhardt Property Management. I own a condo in a building that they manage and their service has been top notch. I recently had a maintenance issue come up on a Saturday, someone actually answered the phone, said he would be there in 5 minutes, and fixed the issue. I was so impressed with their responsiveness, communication and quality of work. It is so refreshing to have such a good crew standing behind you.

I bought my two unit from the owners of Gebhart property management years back. They had completely renovated a historic building. Their work and craftsmanship is incredible.
