Almost bought a used car from them until I tested the car and discovered the automatic seats did not work so they promised they would get it fixed and that they would hold the car for me (I had traveled 1.5 hrs with my whole family to buy the car after they promised it was in good working condition). Two weeks go by and they said they didn’t fix the car and just sold it to someone else.Hope that person know they were getting a damaged car… shady experience
While I love BMWs, the service department is lacking. I had allowed the two full hours for the scheduled oil change. Yet it took 20 minutes just to get checked in, so that added to the time. I’ve been here 2.5 hours and I’m still waiting on my vehicle. Edit: My advisor, Mustafa, is awesome! Not a reflection of him. And the mechanics were quick too. I think the hiccup occurred when I had to wait 40 minutes for it to get washed. Had I known there was a wait, I would’ve asked to skip it since I had a time constraint.

My lease was ending on 7/31 on my X3. I was dreading the thought of turning it in and getting into a new lease but the experience could not have been better!! Fabian was fantastic.......he made it actually fun and a super easy process.......seamless!! I love my new X1! Thank you Fabian and the Gebhardt team!
5 Stars I want to give a big shoutout to Mustafa over at BMW. He’s been a huge help throughout the entire process of getting my car taken care of. Super attentive, professional, and always made sure I was kept in the loop with updates. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Definitely appreciate the great service—thank you Mustafa!
