Fantastic customer service. Jeff was amazing and overall so helpful. He was clear, provided updates on my car that was being serviced, and overall provided excellent customer service. I will be booking all my car service needs at this location!
Great staff. The sales manager Weston very helpful .
While I love BMWs, the service department is lacking. I had allowed the two full hours for the scheduled oil change. Yet it took 20 minutes just to get checked in, so that added to the time. I’ve been here 2.5 hours and I’m still waiting on my vehicle. Edit: My advisor, Mustafa, is awesome! Not a reflection of him. And the mechanics were quick too. I think the hiccup occurred when I had to wait 40 minutes for it to get washed. Had I known there was a wait, I would’ve asked to skip it since I had a time constraint.
We worked with Brittney (Salesperson) and Giancarlo (Sales Manager). They were both terrific! Easy to deal with, straightforward, and good people. Highly recommend!
This dealership exudes professionalism, care and attention to detail! This is the only BMW dealership we frequent!!
