No one helped us for over 30 minutes. After we were directed to the front desk, the associate didn’t believe we were both 30, and said they didn’t allow high schoolers to drive. Incredibly rude staff. We had walked in planning to buy an m2 in cash, and were so turned off by the sales staff, we decided to go to another dealership in Denver. I bought a used car through this dealership and am very dissatisfied. I bought the car out of state and relied on honesty from the dealership and unfortunately that was not the case. The salesperson, Aileen, was deceptive and dishonest. The sales manager, Todd, was rigid and unresponsive. Both parties have since stopped communicating as soon as the transaction was completed on their end even though they lied and deceived me about the condition of the car.
