I don’t usually leave reviews, but after years of frustrating experiences with the service department at Gebhardt BMW, I feel compelled to speak up. Over the past 3 years, my experiences here have been consistently poor, but my most recent visit was beyond unacceptable. I brought my car in for a recall on the ABS brake system. I worked with a few dealerships in the Denver/ Colorado Springs area. I was constantly going back and forth with them and it wasn’t a great experience overall. Then I found Gebhardt BMW.
