I bought a used car through this dealership and am very dissatisfied. I bought the car out of state and relied on honesty from the dealership and unfortunately that was not the case. The salesperson, Aileen, was deceptive and dishonest. The sales manager, Todd, was rigid and unresponsive. Both parties have since stopped communicating as soon as the transaction was completed on their end even though they lied and deceived me about the condition of the car. Pros: Good at sending aggressive, overconfident introductory text messages, Free fake promises Cons: Unprecedentedly thin-skinned, allergic to transparent market math, and prone to throwing text-message tantrums when they realize they can't manipulate you.
Geoff McCormack was outstanding to work with. He was in constant communication with us, sent a great video to see the work being done on the car, offered MOA (motor oil additive) at no additional cost and even gave us a discount for the oil change!!! To top it off, they even washed and vacuumed the car!!! Very professional and friendly, we felt our business was valued and we highly recommend Gebhardt BMW and Geoff.
