I know why this svc isn’t accredited by BBB. I hired them to do a deep clean on my mothers house. They sent 2 ladies. Charged me for a lot of extras totaling $625. I see the job done 3days later(no one living in home). I was shocked to see the substandard totally unacceptable job. I called right away that day. Told me they didn’t send anyone out to look at their employees work. Great service, very courteous staff, and scheduling/rescheduling is very easy through the customer portal.
Do not hire this service. We paid $1,000 for a cleaning in our new home. The house was filthy. The bathrooms were dirty, the floors were not swept or mopped. There was grime still on the stove and oven. Baseboards had not been touched. We asked for a manager to walk through and to work with us to have it re-cleaned . They refused. They offered a $250 refund- we we were out of pocket $750. I ended up cleaning it myself. We STILL have not received a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

We spent over 6 hours at your home with 2 cleaners performing a deep clean. Even though your husband approved the cleaning while we were there we still offered a $250 refund (which has already been deposited back to your account). This maid service is not credible. They send a new maid every time. There is no consistency and a huge lack of professionalism. It soon 5 phone calls to get them to address a broken item their maid broke. They rush through the cleanings and don't ask if there is any special to pay attention to. On top of that the maids are on the phone chatting a lot, instead of cleaning. I will have to hire someone to fix the broken blind and take time off work to supervise it.
