Terrible. Paid for a deep clean and got this (see pictures). Management was rude and awful to deal with. They scheduled someone to come back to do a re-clean but nobody showed up. They refused to refund me. I do not recommend. Editing to respond to their response: Thank you but Geaux Maids (Remy) had several opportunities to make this right and failed. My mother hired “Geaux Maids” to clean her home. I am writing a review on her behalf do to her not being involved with the internet. The woman that came to clean was super nice, prompt and professional. My mother omitted three rooms so it was two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room, laundry room, kitchen and small room in front, some people call it a “Mud Room.” The woman missed the “Mud room” completely, missed dust and dirt on mostly everything, she did a mediocre job at best! Hired to do a standard cleaning of my house before I had guest arrive. Nothing deep, just surfaces and general tasks. When I got home, the cleaner was gone and there was still dust, dog hair, grime in all the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. For $300 you’d expect the house to be spotless in terms of general cleaning. The house also did not smell clean, and they didn’t even vacuum or mop.
