The owner came on a Monday to give me an estimate and set up a time for Saturday. While at my house, Larkin, the owner, said he would email me an invoice, which I still haven’t received, and jumped on the bandwagon talking smack about Long’s Lawn Care and how he had just gotten three of his clients because of similar complaints as mine.
