The Guy has the worse customer service EVER. He has an attitude and very unprofessional. Can't even ask him a question without getting an attitude answer from this guy. This Guy is rushing me to get my document when I literally just got there. Go other places to get your car need PLEASE!!!
Awful experience. The guy has a bad attitude. He gig me on streak on my windshield where I tested it multiple times and it worked perfectly. Its only streaking coz theres lots of bugs sticked to the windshield and its hard to wipe them off with the wipers so the bugs are going cause uneven windshield and cause streak lines. This guy's has the worse customer service. He didnt even run my wipers when I bought news ones. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND YOU COMING HERE FOR ANY SERVICES. GO ELSE WHERE FOR YOUR CAR NEEDS.
Went there for a state safety inspection, last minute on a Sunday. John was able to squeeze me in. After performing my inspection, John took the time to explain to me that there were things on my vehicle that would need attention. No pressure or mention of trying to get it fixed with him, just honest information for me. Good to know that there are still honest mechanics out there that have the best interest in your safety.
John and Nova are honest, friendly, knowledgeable, they explain everything in advance, I was able to get an appointment in one day and now my car is in top notch condition with top of the line products and parts. Thank you John and Nova!!
Recently I did a fuel line work on my 2015 Lexus rc350, during the process of putting it all back together; I accidentally snapped a intake manifold bolt, and call John right away and he said he can extract it and he did an amazing job. He only didn’t extract it but change all the bolt to a higher grade. He even gave me a lot of advice he told me that everytime I have to pull the intake manifold the gasket should be replace, he then went to order but decided not to change it because he’s the type of a mechanic that if it’s n... read more
