The treatment I received from Dr. Jim Gearing and staff was wonderful! Twice I encountered tooth issues necessitating root canals. Dr. Gearing and staff responded very quickly to my requests for help and quickly worked me into the schedule so that my pain could be alleviated as soon as possible. Dr. Gearing refused to do the procedure I wanted (root canal) and instead did a procedure that sent me to the ER with a dislocated jaw -- terrifying and agonizing. I developed an infection, and confirmed symptoms of TMJ. When I called him the next day, he refused to talk to me, and told his office receptionist that he didn't want me as a patient anymore. I've met 3 other Gearing victims. Don't fall for his I'm a good-guy act. See a LICENSED endodontist, which he's NOT.
Dr Gearing was fantastic. He performed a root canal and I experienced no pain during and after the procedure. I would highly recommend him. His staff is very friendly and helpful.
