I had to go back for the same problem multiple times. Each time was a hassle with Kim, as he would beat around the bush by making small talk. The issue stemmed from a poorly repaired engine mount/torques. Kim tried to deny my parts weren't under warranty immediately, but i showed the papers and he "repaired" my engine mount. I had a very poor experience with GearHeads MotorWorks. I was highly referred to Kim from a friend, however it was a bit of a disaster from the start. Kim failed to contact me with the quote and I had to call several times to get it. Once I received it, I went to drop my car off and he wasn't at the shop. He then proceeded to not call or message me for several days and I had to call him several times to finally get a hold of him.
