Phone service is lacking, I dont appreciate playing 20 questions and being told to go to the DMV before they seem to want to do an inspection. Then being told the inspector was on a call and wheb he gets back he has 10 hours worth of shop work to do, if that's the case when asked if they had time for an inspection today they should have said no instead of playing 20 questions to eventually tell me no.
