It's so nice to finally find a shop that does great work and can actually spell customer service. I have a 2017 Dodge Ram Dually 4x4 Crew cab diesel and nobody was willing or able to work on it other than a Dodge Dealer which shall remain nameless. Feel thankful for Gearheads Thank you
We stopped in at Gearheads this morning as we were traveling through Illinois because of a check engine light. A neighboring auto store recommended them. They surpassed every expectation I had! My family and dog were with me. The staff was kind enough to let us wait in the shop while the repair took place. The mechanic was super fast, friendly and very well-informed. In my search for a local shop I came across Gearheads and couldn’t have been happier with Viva and his team. It was more important to me to find a shop that wanted to help me with upgrades to my car, not just a shop that could do it. Viva and his team delivered, my car was treated with such care I couldn’t even tell they had touched it aside from seeing my upgraded parts under the hood and the factory parts in the box. I’d for sure, 100%, go back and recommend Gearheads based on my experience.
Took my car in with multiple different issues all over that seemed to go wrong around the same time and i had the car fixed and back within a day and a half at a very reasonable price....i would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking

My first experience at Gearheads today and the service was great and everyone was so friendly. They did a diagnostic on my car , figured out the problem and my car was fixed in great time.
