I made an appointment for 830 and dropped it off just after 8 o’clock which is when the business opens. I did not get a call back that the vehicle was done or any updates until after 5 PM and the shop closes at 5:30. I tried calling multiple times throughout the day. I left a message and could not get a hold of anybody for an update for what turned out to be a relatively minor issue. Gearheads is my go-to place for automotive maintenance and repair. Aside from being able to effectively take care of some things not every shop can; they can be counted on to repair just what needs to be done and not charge for unnecessary work. They ask the right questions to help narrow down situations that might be more vaque. In my case this time it was straightforward ... I needed new rear brakes, an oil change and TPMS sensor reset. They had me handled quickly. Nick, Eric and company have a great operation.
Fast, friendly, professional! And get the job done right. Radiator, ac condenser, and fan, in 1 day. Quick turnaround and my car runs great! Would recommend to anyone! They earned a repeat customer in me.
