I went in not to buy anything but to see about fixing a leaky hydration pack I bought at a store at home. (Ohio) Bill was extremely helpful, after we got the problem solved he asked about our plans for the day and spent 15-20 minutes just showing us maps and making recommendations on what/when to hike Canyonlands and Arches. We took his advise and had an outstanding crowd free day! He went above and beyond what we came in for and was a highlight of our brief stay in Moab.
