Gear head is out of business. I was unlucky enough to buy 3 sample kits that I have never received. The business was taken over by an outfit called lube labs. Jeremy Witt of Lube Labs committed to me to make it wright and send me the testing kits that I paid for and never received. He lied to me I have never received the testing kits. Do not do business with Gear head or Lube labs.
Brought in my a4 2.0t got an oil sample back really quick bring your fluid here they’ll get it checked out for you
Haven't even used their service to to the inconvenience, I called during hours and was sent to voice-mail, I tried to message and cannot, the website provides next to no relevant information.
Gearhead has the best oil analysis print out of any I have seen very detailed. Not understanding all the information that was there I called and spoke to the owner and he spent 15-20 minutes with me going over each analysis on his report.
I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WERE AN OPTION! I sent in an oil sample over 3 weeks ago. They have not sent me the results. They never answer the Utah or the Texas phone numbers and I have and have left numerous messages with no return call. I have also emailed twice ...no answer... I would not recommend them and will be taking my business to another lab.
