Easy order quick shipping and the salesman was actually nice to me, even with me being female (other companies was not nice) he explained everything i asked and the engine is great. My truck is running for the first time since last year.

The purchase process worked well and my engine showed up as promised. I was informed there was no time limit to get the engine installed and return the core. The install went well and the return of the core was easy. However, I have not received the refund for my core after over three months of them receiving the core. I would have kept the engine and rebuilt it in my free time if I was not going to get the refund. As of now, after the break-in period, the engine is running well.
