Warranty claim on dogshit transmission making me want to shoot myself. Been on the phone for over half an hour to be transferred to “technician” and then the call disconnects. Save the headache get trans somewhere else cause this one didnt even last 6k miles before rhe gears are already making noise breaking
ZERO stars for this place. Sent me a motor that leaked more than the 30 year old engine was replacing. A month later the engine failed after having to spend money to keep filling the oil. Don’t walk, run from this company.
RAM 6.4L Hemi. Ordering was fast and delivery was about 2 weeks, (I live in a rual area) there was in issue the engine and they promptly took care of it. Engine was installed and I have put over 5K miles on it so far and towed after beaking with no issues. Very pleased with the experience and will use them again if I need another engine on any of my other vehicles.
