This whole process of trying to get my mom back her car is becoming irritating. We were told to meet someone today to pick up the car at 1 because they kept pushing back the date it would be fixed. We’ve called multiple times and no one wants to answer or the calls are be avoided. This is beyond irritating and I want to get her back in her car so I can get back in mine. My spouse had an appointment at 9 am. We showed up at 8:45 and waited until 10 am and no one showed up, nor answered the phone. This is extremely unprofessional as their hours say 9 to 5 Monday through Friday and the sign said open. Would not recommend to anyone.
