Absolutely the worst automotive repair experience I have ever had. Absolute nightmare. They got 1 star because there was no option to give less. I'm very happy with the service received by GearBox Solutions. I arranged to bring my BMW 328i F30 6MT car to them early last year (2023) due to problems changing gears. I thought the gearbox would need to be removed to investigate and would inevitably be expensive. Their senior mechanic took my car for a test drive with me and advised he thought the problem wasn't serious enough to warrant the expense of removal / diagnostics / repair, and instead advised to try a gearbox additive they sold.
