Unprofessional experience with Gearbox customer service when trying to replace defective paddle brought less than year ago. Bought a $200 CX11 paddle July 2022 after seeing a bunch of videos on Youtube by Rafael. Was impressed in videos on how the surfaces were fused together for a durable paddle .
