Unprofessional experience with Gearbox customer service when trying to replace defective paddle brought less than year ago. Bought a $200 CX11 paddle July 2022 after seeing a bunch of videos on Youtube by Rafael. Was impressed in videos on how the surfaces were fused together for a durable paddle . They offer a demo program which allows players to test out up to 4 rackets for $20.00 including all shipping, and provide a $5.00 coupon if a paddle is purchased. Gearbox offers a variety of paddles for all types of players and in different price ranges. Two of my friends play with the GX6 7.8 Power and another plays with the GX6 8.5 Power.
