I had my eye out for a great deal online and found my perfect match at GB Auto. I did the 40 minute drive just to check it out. I have never had an experience as easy as this. No pressure at all. Car was out and available for me to check out and test drive. I was never once pushed to buy. Nobody trying to sell me the car or even up selling me to look at others on the lot. We had a great experience working with Chung. He is always prompt on communicating and answering all of our questions. We came all the way from Olympia just to buy from him, not only because the car was a good deal but his customer service is excellent. Be sure to ask for him if you are looking for a car. He”ll definitely take care of you!
Overall, my experience was great! Setup is nice and clean. Process was smooth. Although, the price of the car does not include the fees..price of car jumped up a bit more than $500 without 3 month mileage warranty.
