My family had a really positive experience at Gear Motors! The staff was patient and took the time to walk us through everything without any pressure. Communication was excellent, I had a lot of questions and they didn't rush me. The employees were friendly, professional, and honest. Their prices were very reasonable compared to other places I looked. Will absolutely recommend!
Don’t go here, dude sold me a car with transmission issues, then I never received the title, he told me it wasn’t his problem. My wife’s family owns so much in Anderson and I work for a company that goes to Canada all the time. We will tell everyone in our area to avoid this place. Many people with my same transmission issue.
I bought a 2013 C 300 Mercedes-Benz from gear motors and I must say I am absolutely 100% pleased with the service and with the car that I bought from this car lot. I would recommend anybody to check it out. Thank you so much gear motors for what you’ve done for me and my two sons.
Heather was very rude to me, she wouldn't answer my questions and when I would repeat my questions she got very frustrated. She also ignored my messages to her asking about the car. I won't recommend her to anyone in the future.
Great people, helped us with our purchase and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. Great place considering all the competition in the area. EDIT: unfortunately they took 3 weeks to send us our title for us to get it transfered. If you can wait that long, it should be fine, just know you might have to call them to get it processed.
