This place creates a nightmare horrible lazy people unorganized staff and old gear new location is worse even though they say it’s better massive lines make it worse

The line went rather quickly. The lady at the front desk explained exactly what I needed to check out for a PCA. Once I returned, I was in and out with a stamp within minutes.
Only reason it’s getting 4 star is because the main pack is completely disassembled. Usually in other CIF issue facilities it gets issued to you assembled
