I had a great experience with Gear Headz a few years ago, so I recently sent my son there when he had a tire that was losing air and a check engine light. Once again, they delivered excellent service! They quickly diagnosed the check engine light as a blown fuse and patched the tire—no upselling, no unnecessary repairs. Jimmie and his team are wonderful. I brought my 15 yr old car in for a tune up because I'd like to keep it for as long as possible, especially with only 120k miles. They took good care of me. There are always issues you don't know about but they gave me a list and handled it in a day. It was having issues starting sometimes and I had to bring her back but they dropped me off and picked me up at home. Gearheadz diagnosed the issue of my check engine light and replaced a left side doohicky. (Expensive part) The check engine light came on as I was driving home. I brought it back the next day and they realized they had inadvertently replaced the left side doohicky instead of the right side. (Maybe that was the other way around) At any rate, it would have been easy for them to have said "gosh, so sorry but now this side needs replaced".
