Old opener gave us problems on Sunday. Chris called me back within 5 minutes of contacting Home Advisor. He discussed possible problems on the phone and we determined the unit was 11 years old. At his suggestion I purchased unit at big box store and he was there 8:30 Monday morning to install. He was quick, thorough and reasonably priced. Walked us through programming the keypad and other features. Highly recommend.
He was straight forward with his knowledge n experience n quoted me an honest price compare others I ve called on the same day that is why I chose his business.
My garage door spring broke and when Chris came and inspected my steel garage door he showed me where the steel was breaking on one of the hinges. He was able to perform a temporary repair and I ordered a new door from him that day. My new door is a code door and is much stronger than my 30 year old steel door. Chris is a professional and brought the new door over and installed it and the new Liftmaster opener with an internal battery (to open the door when the power is out - common occurrence here during storm season). A torsion spring on my garage door broke on a Sunday night. Chris contacted me while I was still investigating service providers, provided a quote and an appointment the next day over text message.
