I used Home Advisor for the 1st time yesterday and sent my request for a quote to Gear Garage Door last night at 10:04 pm. Chris Called me at 10:06 pm and asked for me to look at door to get an understanding of what the issue was. After a few questions he said the spring is broken and would come out the next day to fix. Chris was amazing!! He was quick and knowledgeable. My garage door has never work so smoothly. My garage door springs loss tension and I could not open it. After Chris came in, I was able to lift it with one arm. I love the work he did. I would definitely recommend him and would use him again.
Great, friendly, and knowledgeable guy, already recommended him to a friend. Very pleased with work and price for the job. Filled out home advisor 10 pm on Wednesday and Chris called me 8 am Thursday morning and scheduled me 930 am Saturday morning. Very easy process.
Replaced two garage doors completely. Awesome job. He always called with updates. Cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.
Someone come out the next. No actual repair was needed, as it was a manufactor issue. Price pay for coming out and inspection was very good.
