Chris called back right away after I submitted my request. he was able to come out the same day (Saturday). He replaced the big tension spring and was done in no time. his quote on the phone was exactly what I paid. he even replaced a broken bracket at no additional charge. Before leaving made sure I had no additional questions. Very pleased with the job and Chris.
On a Sunday, my double wide garage door became jammed with the rollers off the top 2 panels on the left side of the door and stuck 1/2 way up so that I couldn't get either car out. Chris was able to come over and after a solid hour repairing the rollers, wire drum cable, hinges, and automatic door opener, the door was good as new. Chris contacted me immediately and we setup an appointment for later in the afternoon. He arrived on-time and wasted no time getting the job done. After tension spring replacement and proper lubrication of door hinges, wheels, and track, the garage door now works better and quieter than ever. Pricing was very reasonable. He even went above and beyond and lubricated my other (noisy) garage door. I can easily and highly recommend Chris! He will be the first one I call if I ever need his services again.
Chris called me right away to find out more about the problem. He was on site when he said he wold be, and had the problem resolved in no time. Efficient, experienced, and fair rate for service.
