I called late in the day and Chris Gear showed up within 1.5hrs of my call. He had all of the parts on hand and repaired the broken items quickly. After the repair I requested was done, he made an extra effort to adjust, lubricate and repair an item that I was not aware of, and he did it all with a great attitude and did not ask for any additional pay.
