They were very professional and friendly, the job was done quickly and the door was installed beautifully.
AWESOME! 2 other repair people misdiagnosed and told me it was cheaper to replace the opener rather than fix it. Chris came the same day I called. He told me that when I had the opener replaced 6 years ago the tech did not replace the eyes with the new parts. He pointed out that the design of the eyes was from 15 years ago. He replaced the eyes with some used ones and readjusted everything! The heavy door is now being lifted by the springs rather than wearing out the motor! Love ya Chris! I would hire him again should I ever need any repairs done to my door. His prices were reasonable and he made sure everything was working to my satisfaction before he left.
