Geador Family Counseling has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I have called multiple times and keep getting told someone will call me back, yet no one ever does. To make matters worse, I drove to the Houston address they have listed only to be told by building security that this business has never been located there. Total waste of time. Very concerning that a counseling company can’t provide accurate information or basic communication. I would not recommend them.
We have just gotten started with counseling for my daughter. Shannon Lewis has been helpful, engaging and motivating. My daughter looks forward to every session and is very comfortable talking to her. We are elated to have such a great therapy option for our situation.
Mr. Michael Chalfan has helped me more in the short time I was able to see him before moving out of state. It’s been months but I still thank him for helping me with my life.
I will summarize my experiences here. The redeeming qualities of this practice are their therapists, their availability, and their communication. The lacking qualities of this practice are the misinformation with billing and insurance, the lack of this information, and the time it takes to receive this information. I will start with the good.
