I have no experience with GEA myself but I know a couple people who have worked here. The lack of communication within the organization is almost unbelievable. One dept will say one thing while another dept is doing the same process totally different. I see/hear the frustration from the employees. The other issue is that you don't get time for lunch/breaks etc.....yes, they want you to take breaks but if you do, you will just be falling behind on your day to day tasks. Great place to work with a great environment. These guys will teach you what you need to know without making you feel like an idiot for making a mistake or two. Show up on time with a good attitude and the possibilities are endless! I would recommend this job 10/10
