This is an elevated rail overpasss. On either side of bridge approach there is a curb cut for wheelchairs once on sidewalk the sidewalk is elevated from road deck you can not get on or off sidewalk from anywhere else without fully crossing the bridge or turning around and backtracking . The overpass itself is fantastic for sunsets , catching some train action or even just enjoying milder weather.
