I've never even moved here and I can just tell you now, I've encountered 3 different leasing agents in the last 3 months and now they've all gotten fired. There's people answering the phone but all they do is give you the run around or rush you off the phone! Very unprofessional.
I have been living here for 12 years and have seen so many property management come and go. This property management (The Franklin Group) has the worst people in the leasing office. They don’t answer the phone, they leave early, doors always locked, temp employees in and out so your information is traveling. The company has renovated the apartment complex, but the complex is infested with mice! This is an ongoing problem for tenants!
