I have been living here for 12 years and have seen so many property management come and go. This property management (The Franklin Group) has the worst people in the leasing office. They don’t answer the phone, they leave early, doors always locked, temp employees in and out so your information is traveling. The company has renovated the apartment complex, but the complex is infested with mice! This is an ongoing problem for tenants!
If I could leave zero stars I would🤦♀️
Apparently they dodge paying contractors for work performed and completed, very unprofessional.
