I contacted them for GE Monogram dishwasher repair when it wouldn’t drain. The technician described the problem in a non-technical way and efficiently repaired it. Excellent experience in general, and my dishwasher is running like new again.
The technician was fine, but there is real reason to be very aware of what you are getting. The work was contracted out, NOT officially associated with GE Monogram and would therefore have voided my warranty. If your appliances are under warranty, contact GE Monogram directly for a technician. The fact that none of this was represented or disclosed when I called, and the primary interest was convincing me to sign up for a monthly recurring service contract was dishonest and maybe intentionally deceptive.
I had loaded our GE Monogram dishwasher to load dishes before a family dinner only to find out that the silverware tray was not sliding appropriately. I have called this company to repair, and the technician was fast to fix the rack mechanism in order to start gliding again. The best thing about it is that now the entire dishwasher looks brand new because of a small repair- it all fits and cleans as it should!
