Please note that this complain is associated with a dishwasher that was delivered 30 days prior to stop working. I contacted ********** GE, and ****** ********** with no resolution in sight. Original claim was submitted to GE on 10/27/17. GE Technician performed service on 11/03. Service was performed after several attempts since GE keep calling an invalid phone number to confirm the appointment. I contacted GE in several occasion to ensure that they had the correct phone number, and they claimed the number was updated. Af... read more
This is one of the worst companies I have come across. Not only are their products faulty, but they also take advantage of people through their repair service. Our three-year-old refrigerator has been faulty and they have sent out a service call twice to repair it. The temperature keeps fluctuating. On the third call, they didn't show up and claimed that we had an appointment for another day despite having a confirmation email stating otherwise.
