Customer service booked a repair for my warranties washing machine no one came out terrible customer service broken washing machine no hope of an appointment waiting on text from a “specialist” to tell me my appointment window. Disappointed

Horrible service: Delivered dented refrigerator that had to be returned. The company acted as though utilizing my time and resources for the reinstallation was a favor. Water dispenser has been an utter nightmare: Chemical taste, low flow, and ice maker is aweful. Getting in touch with customer service is next to impossible. DO NOT purchase a GE product. Plenty other options out there.
We got duped into buying a horrible washer/dryer combo after the Whirpool Duet set I had for over 20 years finally had to be replaced. I cannot emphasize enough how much I HATE this awful appliance. You have to get down on the floor on your hands and knees to clean the drain filter, but they didn't make any way to open it other than using a butter knife. I waited a week for an appointment to repair my dryer. After the repairman left and changed me 310 dollars my dryer still didn’t work. I called back and was told to wait another week for an appointment and I would be contacted by phone or email when they would come but they never did. While taking.
