At this point I would offer zero stars if that was an option. Our freezer failed the first part of September. This company was listed by our warranty service. Things looked promising at first as they sent out a technician that appeared to be very competent, the date was September 5. We were charged for this 'diagnosis only' visit but were assured that the charge would be absorbed when we had the repair done by them. Top-quality service! The technician who came to fix my range hood problems did an amazing job. He finished the repair in about an hour, explained everything patiently, and gave me maintenance tips. The price was very fair, and I’ll definitely recommend them.
DO NOT USE THEM! 9/3/2025. It won’t give me enough space here to tell you how many times I was lied to by these guys. Despicable characters. Run away!!!!!! Never showed up I’m sure they paid for the other reviews
The most irresponsible company. Today is 8/28/25. A technician was supposed to come last Thursday but there was no show and no call. I called Friday and they rescheduled me for Monday, yesterday. Again, all day and no one showed and no one called. I hope others will have a better experience but I'm never calling them again.
The service was excellent, and the cost was very fair. I really appreciated how professional the technician was while working on my stove control panel, which was not working. It meant a lot when he said he’d do his best—and he truly did. Everything was fixed perfectly.
