It was clear that the GE Monogram repair service secured with experienced staff, and, thus, they changed the broken components as quickly as possible. This is what served their purpose well; they ensured that their communication skills, arrival on time and their testing was thorough to the point that their appliance had been run well-if this was a perfect, finest class service experience then it was the same for our clients.
We needed to have our Monogram fridge repaired when it stopped keeping the temperature. The technician was very timely, pleasant and professional. He resolved the problem in no time and provided useful maintenance advice. I’m very satisfied with the service.
Split decision. 1 star for cost$$$. 5 star for service. Technician identified likely cause as faulty defrost system and wrote up an estimate; $1627 parts + $350 labor. Since it's a $14K Monogram refrigerator that hadn’t been holding temp for more than a week I OK’d the service. I was shocked however when the technician returned from his car with a small envelop of parts (see photo). After we realized that our fridge was not maintaining a steady temperature and that there was a risk that some of our food would spoil, we requested the services of GE Monogram refrigerator repair. The technician came promptly and quickly diagnosed the situation and repaired it in a fast manner. The fridge now works flawlessly as it will cool evenly and without much noise and it is so nice to have a reliable professional one to work on it. Certainly a service that I would recommend.
I was rearranging our kitchen and I saw that our Monogram fridge door was not closing completely. This company was called to fix, and the technician promptly got the alignment corrected and checked the seal. It is unbelievable how such a minor repair has produced such a massive difference - everything is cold now and the is as good as new!
