GDR has obtained two more properties in the vicinity. This is a business and business moves are being made. Do not call about repairs or tenant issue. If any of these things are reported the “complaint” will make you a target. Maintenance is rude. Maintenance will not make proper repairs. You will be charged for improper repairs upon move out. This company took over this apartment complex a couple of months ago after another awful company had it and the only thing they have done for those of us that pay rent is tow our cars because we don’t have a parking pass or our registration expired. Were told visitors must park on the (narrow) street or they will get towed. Meanwhile homeless drug users are squatting in several vacant apartments at the complex and they do nothing about that. Strange operating procedures

Awful communication No professionalism Sneaky Does not listen to landlord's or tenants Reason I will not be renewing my lease. Love my rental and the owner of my rental but due to GDR I will be looking elsewhere
