Horrible customer service.
We lived at our "home"for almost 15 years. Sara Rich sold the house from underneath us after promising us that we were good , no worries then she sold the house and the new owners gave us 30 days to move...... after 15 years. We had a huge garden and our chicken coop. When we moved in the entire back yard was sand..We changed that. After we were given 30 days to move, the new owners sent us a letter saying we needed to pay to remove the garden and chicken coop. If course we didn't. Lived in Faraday for several years before GDR took it over. Typical slumlord management company. Constantly raising rent while not improving anything. There were cracks in the ceiling, cabinets, counters, and had a mouse at one point. Door to access stairwell was broken for over a year and addicts were hanging out/sleeping there. Also wouldn’t refund my damage deposit in full and ignored me when inquiring about it. Landscapers did $500 worth of damage to my car and the GDR employees thought it was funny. Charged me $200 when I moved out for a burned out standard light bulb. Overall a terrible experience. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
