Gregg & Jimmy have had my 2005 Lotus Elise since Mid Dec. Just needed some electrical work. Should be a week job max. I was unaware when taking it there that they would expect me to find and buy all the parts. I mean that's what I hired them for right? After being told it would be ready next week for the last 3 I called and wanted to take it somewhere else. Gregg told me that he would not release the car to me until it was done. Horrible service and very unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone they had my car for 4 weeks and continued to make up excuses why they hadn't started on it. Finally today I went in to get it towed somewhere else and the mechanics daughter was very rude to me when she had no business discussing anything with me as she does not work there.
