Took tax returns in to have them reviewed and then do current taxes. Two months later and a return extension that had to be filed I had to go in and pick my stuff up and find someone else to finally do my return.

Do not have your taxes done at this accountant, Mike. Absolutely horrible customer service, never returns calls, doesn't file on time, won't admit mistakes, makes excuses for not getting the job done. Absolutely horrible poor excuse for an accountant. Gladly would have paid them the $595 they wanted to charge me for doing my taxes if they would have filed on time and been communicative.
