G&D HOA refusing to give to Tennants boarder director phone number and just sending all kind of fines... u can't dispute fine because ....... U are nobody in their eyes... If u didn't submit 100% stuped forms there is a fine.. if u ask questions they will drop the call just saying bye not even letting u finish what u call for... The worst HOA ever. Planing to sell my apartment to lawyer ..... so he would know how to fight with HOA nonsense .....
I rarely write reviews, but my experience with G&D Management was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. From the beginning, communication was a nightmare. Emails and calls were either ignored or responded to days (or weeks) later — if at all. Maintenance requests were treated like a favor rather than their responsibility. I had issues that went unresolved for months, including basic repairs that affected quality of life. The staff I interacted with were either indifferent or flat-out rude. Very hard to get work orders completed and work is always bare minimum. Snow removal doesn't happen until the end of the day when everyone has already shoveled and salted. This company charges a premium and provides very little service. Had difficulty getting a roof on connecting townhouses repaired after a squirrel continued to get into our attics causing damage inside and outside of multiple properties even after roof damage and outside access point found. Avoid renting or buying any property managed by G&D Property Management! I mailed payment and an application for a required parking sticker on January 6, 2025. Although they confirmed on January 9 that the sticker was mailed, they sent it to the property owner instead of me although in the past, the sticker was mailed to me for my other car. The property owner is out of town and will not return until January 23, leaving me without a sticker and unable to park legally. I have run out of overnight street parking days, and G&D ... read more
This company is great at making sure you feel you don't matter. They don't care; they do not want to see anyone or be bothered. They are so removed. You have NO choice, no address, no personal touch at all. Email them/leave a message they will respond when they get around to it. I've been trying to get a vehicle sticker for a month. The only way is to "USPS" a check to them, no tracking, no confirmations, NOTHING. I did this weeks ago, no acknowledgement, response, nothing and no sticker.
