As I was opening up my door, one of the cables on the side snapped apart, which resulted in my door not closing properly. This was later in the day when businesses were shutting down. I called Dave from GD Masters and he answered the phone right away even though it was past 5 PM. Thinking that I would hopefully get him in sometime during the week, he said he would be able to come by within the hour.
