Pésima atención y falta de profesionalismo "Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en esta oficina. Tenía una cita programada a las 9:00 am y, tras esperar una dos horas sin ser atendido, consulté ala recepción. El servicio al cliente es pésimo mi cita es a las 11:00 llego 10:30 y me atendieron a las 12:45 le reclamo con educación y me tratan mal muy grosera la muchacha del frente
Don’t waste your time or money coming to this place. I went as a new patient for a dental checkup and cleaning. I had to wait two hours, and when the dentist finally saw me, she didn’t even do a proper cleaning. It didn’t last even ten minutes; she did it as if she just wanted to get rid of me. She didn’t even evaluate my teeth and said everything was fine. So frustrating… don’t come to this place. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
el servicio es muy pésimo me mandaron a sacar una muela en donde la muela estaba completa y se podía salvar, y fui a dos lugares más y me dijieron que la muela no estaba de sacar solo creo que no era por hacer el trabajo que se tenía que hacer porque le dije que una ves una anestesia me dio alergia y por eso quizás cogieron miedo y me mandaron a sacar la muela !!!
Don’t even give a grace period for your appointments and will keep rescheduling you doesn’t matter what your problem is or how long your tooth has been broken. Front desk is not accommodating, there should be some level of flexibility if you’re running a little late. Absolutely ridiculous.
