I’ve been to many VA outpatient clinics across the country this one is as good as any and better than most.
Being in the VA system since 2008, I've had exceptional care in each of them and the Panama city beach clinic excels in patient care. Today the front staff was so knowledgeable and helped provide accurate information I requested prior to my departure. Thank you for taking care of us and Dr G and his staff for their kindness.
Dr. White and his team at the Panama City Beach VA Clinic are amazing. They are caring, knowledgeable, and truly listen to my concerns. Appointments are easy to make, visits are efficient, and the lab techs are wonderful. Referrals are sent promptly, and I’ve never had an issue getting my medical needs addressed. Highly recommend.
I was told that I had a three month wait to see my primary care doctor by s very rude intake person I called the clinic in Marianna and was seen the next day.
Now I see why the VA has such a bad reputation. I made two appointments, with two different doctors, and had to wait six weeks and eight weeks respectively to be seen. And on both occasions, I received a text THE MORNING OF saying my appointments had been cancelled. And when they called to reschedule, it was up to a three-month wait to be seen again.
