I have been to VA centers in Colorado and now Florida. Finally have one that cares and listens to me. The nurses were awesome. The Doctor, actually listened to me and my concerns. Offered help on more than I was asking about and taking care of ME! Finally I have renewed faith that this is the place that is actually going to help me move forward with a team that is going to care for me. From endo to prescriptions, every and every question I had was answered.
The telephone operators are ridiculous!! On multiple occasions they were condescending, I got zero help and an hour ago was hung up on. Getting life saving treatment is virtually impossible. I'm about content sitting here and dying. The VA is worthless!

This is a NO star review! VDC Coordinator over talks Veterans, their Caregivers. Blames the Veterans and Caregivers for her inability to do her JOB! She also had no problem placing blame on the Social Worker who did her Job as directed by said Coordinator. PCB has staffing issues, communication issues, lack of ability to truly produce viable solutions to Veterans, Caregivers, Families. We will place another formal complaint. Praying for better, our Veterans, Families, Caregivers Deserve. 🙏💜
