I went in for a simple PS5 overheating repair the guy was nice but The three days they had it for they Not only did they not fix the problem but made the console worse. I gave them multiple chances over the course of about week to try and repair the console, but they couldn’t and after asking for a complete refund I was told to lower my voice and lectured no apology for breaking it or anything so now I’m stuck getting a new one
