If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! He was professional, friendly, and an incredibly hard worker from start to finish. Our carpets look absolutely beautiful, and the two chairs we had cleaned look amazing as well. He was even able to remove cat stains and stains on one of the chairs that I honestly didn’t think would ever come out. We had a great experience with John from GCS Carpet Tile & Grout Cleaning. We have textured stone-look tile in our home that is difficult to clean, especially the grout lines. John was willing to come out the same day of our call to look at the tile, gave us a fair estimate, and then came back as scheduled to complete the work.
