This is the secnd renovation that Scott has done for us, and we are just as impressed with the workmanship of his team this time, even though it was a much smaller job. Professional, timely, attentive, and an excellent value for the work. The crew is tidy and responsive to any little request (and they loved our dogs!) I'd recomment Scott and GCR builders to anyone needing repairs or renovations!

We had a very bad situation with our floors and I called Scott to advise us. He was very helpful, caring, respectful, professional and understanding of the problem. He worked with us in and on every situation to help up resolve this problem. We were very thankful. His team that did the work was respectful, professional, and understanding of my fears about the floors. They answered our questions when we didn't understand some of the procedures they were doing. Scott and his team came in, told me 3 days and we're done in 3 days. Scott was a great communicator, giving me updates daily. I accidentally overpaid Scott and Scott provided me a refund with my receipt. There are not a lot of honest people in the world let alone contractors but God bless him and his crew for their excellent work!

We hired GCR for a bathroom remodel. Scott provided a very detailed estimate, with drawings, so we knew exactly what we were getting. The men on his crew were professional, efficient and nice. Scott was easy to reach, and very accommodating to any changes we requested along the way. The tile work was beautiful. We have hired several contractors (for new home construction, for remodeling, for post-Ike repairs, etc). Most of them were good, but GCR has been the best, exceeding our expectations. GCR did a complete renovation of a small house that had not been lived in for many years. Scott gave a detailed written estimate. The work and his crew of workers were beyond my expectations. All the crew was very polite and accommodating. I always got notified of the time and date they would be arriving and it was wonderful that they were always very prompt and worked hard.
