BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front):GCPRO Restoration does a great job and their Project Manager ********************* in particular is fantastic!My mother is in her 90s and lives in a condo. ********************* - project manager???? was a pleasure to work with. He assured us that all of our concerns would be addressed. He and his subcontractors made sure we were very satisfied. GCPRO was recommended by our ***************** and I'm glad about that.

The workers that came and cleaned up the water damage were great and very polite. ***** who works in the office is a joke and needs to learn some customer service skills. ***** was rude and aggressive. Would not recommend using this company in the future.

I dont often give 5-star ratings, but from start to finish, GCPRO was by far the best mitigation and repair company on StateFarms preferred list. It took ServPro two weeks to contact me after the initial assignment of my claim. By that time, GCPRO was finishing the initial remediation of the damage done to my home and had begun the build-back process.
